Another Recession Casualty
Unfortunately the ugly recession has claimed another business casualty in Buckhead. Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion closed last week. The upscale Polynesian-style restaurant, which was located at the corner of Lenox Road and Piedmont Road, opened in 2001. It was one of a chain of thirty-three Roy’s restaurants around the world. I drove by the Town/Brookhaven development this morning and the signs indicate that they are now leasing apartments. Yahoo! I guess it will be open and completed well before the Streets of Buckhead.
