Ninth Wealthiest Zip Code In The Nation
Here’s something I didn’t know. According to Forbes Magazine, Buckhead’s zip code of 30327 is the ninth wealthiest zip code in the nation. It has a median household income that exceeds $341,000 per year and the 2005 average value of a home was $761,000. In case you are wondering about the boundaries of 30327 they are: I-285 to the North; Peachtree Creek to the South; Northside Drive and Lake Forrest Drive to the East; and the Chattahoochee River to the West. That’s some interesting info and makes me feel grateful that there are some other zip codes in Buckhead where the rest of us can afford to live.
